My Contact person Jorge immediately from the beginning was knowledgeable and willing to work with my unique situation. He not only decreased the fee on his end b/c my vehicle did not fit the normal standards, so he adjusted the standards to fit my situation. During the wait process to obtain a driver he kept in close contact with me and once a driver was found Jessica took over b/c Jorge was out of the office and she did an even more amazing job. She easily walked me through each stage of the process and I was able to contact her at any time and she always got back to me and updated me in a very timely manner. She also offered me to "baby sit", the shipper, which she did and she was on top of the process every step. Everything was completed exactly how they said it would occur. I also enjoyed the added benefit of they called me on a Friday, I book the ship, the vehicle was picked up Monday, 3 days later, and then dropped off to me the next day by 1pm. Overall, very professional service.
