I received a quote soon after entering my information. I was able to reach Bob by phone the next morning. He explained to me how car shipping process worked and gave me a time frame when to expect a call. Since I did not want to pay more for guaranteed pick-up time, I was expecting to receive a call in a few days. To my surprise, Bob located a driver within a couple of hours, and my car was picked up two days after my initial contact with Bob.
I stayed in touch with the driver's office by phone a few times as we got closer to the time of delivery. The car was delivered about 10 days after it was picked up. My family at the delivery address was pleased and said the car was safe and sound. This is my first time having a car transported across the U.S. and I am glad to have found Bob, who made the whole process much easier to manage.
