My experience with AmeriFreight was absolutely marvelous. Like so many others, this was a new experience and I had no idea what to expect. And, again, like so many others, mine was not an easy move. I relocated from Philadelphia to Southern California. My Toyota Rav4 was left behind as I settled into my new home. I was going to be back in Philadelphia for only five days and this became my "window of opportunity". My initial contact was Rachael Dixon and she immediately put me at ease. She explained the process, including the potential need to bump up my quote if I needed to attract a trucker to haul my car within my very limited time line. I like that kind of up front honesty. In the end, we contracted with ATGT Transportation for a cost amazing close to the initial quote. My car was picked-up on time, the driver was great, he gave me a very reasonable estimate for when he would be delivering the car … and he was right on. The driver called me a day before delivery (door to door I might add) and showed up on time. The car was covered in road dust but didn't have a scratch on it.
In conclusion, I very much appreciated this service. I did the math and it was less expensive for me to transport my Rav4 than for me to drive it myself, to say nothing about the wear and tear on both the car and myself. I would definitely recommend this company and have already done so. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
