Hi my name is Hector,
I had a car in Las Vegas, NV, and I really needed to ship it to New York City, I knew it was gonna be expensive but never imaging how many fake companies were out there, like any of you who are probably reading this and wondering which service to use, I did many research and it was very difficult to find a honest and legit company, I came across AmeriFreight by searching good ratings on transport companies, I decided to give them a call after a month of non stop spam from tons of different companies promising the best price out there.
From the first time I call AmeriFreight Car Shipping, Jessica the agent who took my call was very patient with me, gave me all the basic information about the services she was offering me, told me the options I have and gave me a quote, I decided to tell her NO and she wasn't pushy or rude to me, she simply reply with a understanding response and gave me time to think more about it. I called her back 2 days later after doing more research and I named my price to her, as many of you, I was trying to save some bucks as well, she told me she will do her best and took out 258 dollars out of my original quote and took my offer of 1000.00 flat, plus gave me a sweat $50 dollars off for just giving a little word of mouth advertising, not bad I said lol.
She took my deposit, information and in a day put me in touch with the driver which was on time on the day he said he was going to be picking up my car, after 6 days my car was in Brooklyn, NY, way too early from the original date stated on the contract that said it will be in New York.
The driver(Arthur) was super cool, he help me so much, my car battery was dead and he nicely took me to a shop to get a new one, and also helped me to installed it. Jessica was always on top of my order and offering me extra information regarding my ship.
OVERALL!!! I am very happy with this services, I will deff use them again if I ever move back to Las Vegas or anywhere else. I would highly recommend this company to any of you guys who are moving the car across the country. I hope my experience help you. and GOOD LUCK.
