This was our second time using Jorge. We choice to only work with him because we liked his customer service the first time and he was fast. The first time we had our car shipped from Washington to Kansas for $700 and to get it back to Washington cost $1200. Jorge was great about contacting us back. I will advise that if you are wanting to work with a particular person call them directly and save their number. I called several times before and another occasion and asked to speak to Jorge and I kept getting the run around nobody would let me talk to him because they wanted the deal, I even tried e-mailing to get in contact with Jorge because I had mis placed his e-mail and never got a response. Other than that, Jorge was good. I will say that I was not to pleased with the 8 to 10 days time frame because last time it only took about 4 days. I was VERY Disappointed with the truck driver. I was trying to figure out where my car was and when I called thr truck number I was given another number to call which ended up being the dispatch and I kept getting told to call someone else. After speaking with Jorge, the truck driver was under the impression he had spoken with me (which we never did) and thought I said I was not ready for my car yet. I had no clue where my car was for like 2 days before finally the truck driver called me. I was upset with the fact I was told I would get a call and I never did. The car arrived later than what the truck driver told me and I was not to happy with that t overall, the service was good.
