Took much longer to schedule than I expected. I signed the agreement to allow up to $200 increase in my bid price, but 10 days after my vehicle a available date this option had t been used despite the fact that my transport hadnt had a single bid. I mentioned this option and they used it, however when the transport was scheduled they had gone beyond the agreed upon $200 without saying anything (had increased $250).

Ultimately I received my vehicle in good shape, so overall I'd give a positive review, though I might consider a different route next time
