Bob with AmeriFreight was great to deal with. The vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered on time. the driver who picked up the vehicle was good, but my overall satisfaction with the carrier was not good. The carrier charged $150.00 extra because they say the car had become dissabled (they said the ignition switch was broken) and it had to be worked on to get it back on the trailer. After the car was delivered to my sister they found the ignition switch had been left on, so they charged the battery and the car is starting fine. The car is a 1967 VW, almost anyone in town would have changed the ignition switch and battery for $150.00 dollars, I gat nothing for $150.00 extra.
