Sure, it may have cost more than the blue book value of the car to move it from Houston to Seattle, but I love my 1999 Honda Civic. I had never transported a vehicle before and AmeriFreight took good care of me (and The Mighty Green Machine). I went with a lower initial offer with a wider window for pickup and was getting nervous as my departure day loomed closer - but they found a great carrier well before the end of the window. Everything was explained to me all along the way. Graham Turner of Amerifrieght was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I also spoke to one of his colleagues when he was unavailable and that person was also similarly kind. At times it took awhile to get ahold of someone, but when things needed to happen (as when a carrier was located) contact was prompt. I ended up spending a total of $1145 and it was well worth it. If I ever move again the Honda is coming with me and I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.
