My representative from AmeriFreight took the time to answer all of my questions. He promptly responded to my calls and emails, and connected me with a great transport company. My car was picked up on time and arrived safely at my destination.

I do not believe that the AmeriFreight representative was forthcoming about the cost of the transport and did not inform me that I would most likely have to pay full price ($1550) for the shipment instead of the quoted discount price ($1295) a $255 difference. Moving across the country, this was a large and unexpected difference in price. I would have liked to be informed of the more realistic cost ahead of time so that I could plan for it, instead of scrambling to find the money last minute.
