This is the second time that I have shipped a vehicle. Rachael did an excellent job communicating with me and even followed up after the move was complete. It ended up costing alot more than what was originally quoted. We started out at the Rock Bottom Rate and gradually increased it until we reached the first class rate. Rachael discounted the broker fee to help me out since it took so long to find a carrier. Most of the issues that I experienced was related to the promised dates and times of pickup and delivery once a carrier was located. The carrier missed it at both ends. But in the end it all worked out. Our vehicle arrived safely in Washington.
