Dishonest Rude and Racist

THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS
#1. Pick up date not honored. The driver came a day early to pick up the car. Would not come to my place (made me drive the car to downtown for pick up). It was inconvenient but it was so last minute that I had no choice to give up the car early.
#2. Drop off date not honored. They called me without warning two days prior to the assumed delivery date and demanded that I meet the driver to get my car ASAP. Again, did not come to the address. When I couldn't arrange to get there on time, the driver left in less than 25 minutes of calling. Then the company and driver would not pick up the phone.
#3. My car was never delivered to the address in DC. They drove my car to their lot in Bensalem, PA. The guy (Albert) yelled on the phone "take up cab up and pick up the car. I don't care."
#4. Once they had my car, they were not responsive- would not pick up phone. Mailbox was full, I couldn't even leave a message. They were just going to keep my car in their lot. I had to arrange for another driver to pick up the car from them to deliver to DC, and pay for it all over again. Of course, they would not release my car prior to my wiring cash to their account in full.
In short, they basically held my car for hostage for random.
Also, Albert insults the customers (two of us had spoken to him) on the phone. I don't think I should have to endure racist comments from a vendor.
