I recently needed to ship a vehicle in a hurry... I'm not a usual type to leave reviews or comments on products or services, but I think Eric from 1st call auto truly deserves one. I first contacted Eric to inquire about a quote. I was on this site for many weeks trying to decide which company to go with and was stuck in a dilemma. I have a friend who works in the logistics industry and he warned me about scammers in this industry. Me.. Being a worrying type was very cautious to contact someone. Now keep in mind, I have been doing my research for a very long time, before I decided to give Eric a call. When I placed my first call with Eric, right away he was very honest. I explained him my current situation and he was very accommodating. He came right out and told me how much his fees were and told me what I should expect. Within the same day, Eric was able to give me couple options that would best suite my needs. He even went so far as to under cut his fees to make arrangements for me which was perfect.(I ended up getting a enclosed carrier service at a cost far less than other enclosed carriers. I know this, because I checked with my friend in logistics business). The vehicle was picked up in a timely manor, and Eric followed up with on every step of the way. The delivery was made couple days later than originally intended, but that's due to the trucking company, and had nothing to do with Eric's services. When the vehicle passed the delivery date, I called Eric to find out what was going on. He was very prompt on following up with the delivery and locating where the carrier was and when the new expected delivery would be. I was very satisfied with the service he has provided and definitely would recommend him to anyone else looking to transport their vehicle. Thanks Eric for all your help!
