My AmeriFreight contact person was very professional and worked with me. However, I feel the original quote they gave to me based on a volunteer "stand-by" option I chose in shipping my car, wasn't realistic, which I now know. So in the end I could've shipped my car out much sooner and with a lot less hassle for the same price had I not attempted to do a cheaper option, which they couldn't provide. To conclude, my experience with AmeriFreight didn't pan out as I'd hoped but I do not think the company is bad. Personally, if I ever ship a car again I will do it differently. And like I said in the beginning my contact person through AmeriFreight was very good.
