Bob Turner from AmeriFreight excelled in customer service on order 940016240-RE. I was a first time user shipping a vehicle cross country (Colorado to Vermont). I investigated several companies and Amerifreight always came out on top with the price, the BBB etc. So my choice was obvious. My choice was also correct. When I had the one problem with the transport company (thier voice mailbox was full) it was resolved within 1/2 hour and I was able to start the communication with the trucking company.Being a first time shipper I had my anxieties about the adventure. Bob answered every question and followed up and resolved all of my anxieties. The trucking company, KB Transport, picked up my vehicle when they said they would, called me with a delivery time, and delivered within minutes of when they said. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amerifreight and KB Transport.
I am 60 years old and the one thing I did not want is another headache. I had a special requirement with this shipment......it was a surprise for the lady I love so everything had to be done without her knowledge as the vehicle was a lifelong dream of hers to have. Thanks to all parties involved.....she was totally surprised. My special thanks to Bob Turner, Mr. Saba and KB Transport.......the vehicle arrived without damage and on time......no hassles AT ALL...
