Excellent Service - Over Delivered!

With all the caveats, warnings / reviews on line about other carriers, we were very pleasantly surprised that United Road did exactly what they said they would. The car was picked up within 3 days of the target date (early) and delivered three days before our "no later than date".

I was particularly concerned when I read the horror stories of other carriers so I went with the moderaltely more expensive (1200 versus the cheapest at 950) and would do it again.

The customer service person had me fill out the paperwork and lock in the dates we wanted and then assured us (not in writing) that they could handle the request.

Sure enough, they did. All according to plan.

We are very pleased.
