I moved from Florida to Texas and this was my first experience transporting a vehicle, so I was full of questions. I called many companies and narrowed it down to two. One was Envision Auto Relocations Inc. , but eventually the person I was dealing with became rude and would not answer your questions or contact you back on weekends or after 6pm and they required you to leave a review to get $50 back. I chose Conrad from 4 Aces he happily answered my questions through e-mail or phone in a timely manner, and if he was not available someone would answer my questions. I was hesitant about 4 Aces because on the average they were 200.00 cheaper on each vehicle(2007 Mini Van and 1999 CRV), after reading the reviews the cheaper the transport the lesser quality of company they use to transport your vehicle. This was not the case with 4 Aces even after they got there deposit they would help me with the driver and problems. The problem with the driver was the day of the vehicle pick up his dispatcher called to say the truck needed to go to the shop and would not be available till the next day. This worried me greatly but Conrad talked with them and was assured the driver would be there. The driver came the next day an hour passed the time promised, but he was courteous and respectful. Then even with the day delay he still made it on the original promised date for drop off in Texas. I would recommend Conrad to anyone transporting a vehicle that wants great customer service; I do recommend that you give yourself a 2 day window of transporting to and from location, because anything can come up.
