The promised date and time that was supposed to be met to pick up the car was not professional. The driver's truck had problems and did not contact me. It took me to call the driver numerous time and still had no answer. Finally got fed up and called the company. Driver was not professional. Did not call me whatsoever to inform me that the meet up had been cancelled. Took more than 3-5 days for the car to be recieved in texas. Since this was my first time , I wasn't aware of the procedure that I should've take when the driver gave me a hard time. The company itself is great and tried to bear with me and helped me communicate with the driver better. Although I had recieved my car late, the company was very patient with me. This was not the company's fault but was the driver. Overall, I would recommend this company, just wished I had a different driver and had more knowledge on shipping cars.
