I needed to ship a Chevy Tahoe fro Arizona to Missouri and I needed the vehicle picked up in a very tight window. It was a struggle to meet my needs but it was accomplished. I has to pay more than what I was quoted although none of my information or my parameters changed from my online booking. Customer service was lacking because the ownership of following up and securing a picvkup fell on me to do. The driver was absolutely fantasic and delivered as advertised. Overall, an adequate experience simply because I was warned the charge would be more than promised. In the end, I got it done and it arrived in one piece. I would use again under more scrutiny.
