This was our second time using Amerifreight to ship our car. Overall, both were positive experiences and the price was very competitive. Our car was delivered quickly by dispatch car shipment companies that seemed trustworthy. The car was a little dirty, which was to be expected as it traveled across the country.

The customer service was left unrated since I did not have contact with the rep. He did send me an email to confirm my order, but nothing else. I tried to call him a couple of times about a question I had using the "direct line" phone number listed at the bottom of the email, but there was no answer and no voicemail.
