After failed and frustrating attempts with several brokers to get my 1973 Jeep CJ5 shipped from a small town in mid-east Ohio to southern California, I figured I was experiencing the same familiar stories I had read about in so many reviews. Apparently it was “too far out of the way” for most brokers to easily find a hauler who would agree to transport it. I reluctantly decided to try AmeriFreight figuring I would get the same runaround that I had gotten from the other brokers. I could not have been more wrong. From my first phone conversation and every subsequent call, through every email, from pickup through delivery, I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from AmeriFreight. Graham Turner arranged a door-to-door transport that went exactly as stated. He came through for me in a big way where the others had failed. Weeks of stress and anxiety caused by empty promises from other brokers are gone. What impressed me most was that Graham told me what to what to expect every step of the way and kept me informed through the whole process. He promptly answered both my phone calls and emails. There were no hidden surprises or disappointments. My Jeep that has been in my family for nearly 40 years is finally sitting in my garage where I can finally get started on a much anticipated restoration, thanks to Graham Turner and AmeriFreight. I cannot emphasize enough how wholeheartedly I recommend AmeriFreight if you are considering shipping your vehicle and spare yourself the frustration I experienced with other brokers.
