When I did reach an agent they were very helpful. Sometimes it took them 1-2 business days to return my call, which was annoying. Jorge was especially helpful. My only complaint was the carrier they assigned to me was below average ( Motion Auto Carriers)- they made me wait around for 7+ hrs, had terrible customer service, and scratched one of my cars (and rejected my claim). My only problem with Amerifreight was that they said they "hand select" only the finest carriers. Once I told them of my carrier (and problems) they said something along the lines "oh, we have had problems with them before." This didn't make me feel very confident in the selection process they use to pick a carrier.
