Everything went exactly as I hoped. The broker, Jorge Cruz, was knowledgeable and explained the options clearly. The pickup was on the first day the car was available for pickup. The delivery was on time. The truck driver was courteous and gave us plenty of advance notice. The car was in the same condition as delivered to the truck driver. All very seamless.
