I purchased a BMW 325i convertible from Florida and started investigating auto transportation companies. I was frightened after reading some of the reviews where the customer had nothing but frustration in dealing with less than honest and responsible outfits. I considered flying to Florida to drive the car back to Ohio. After quite a bit of research my husband found previous reviews of AmeriFreight and saw that many people had given Bob Turner glowing reviews. I called Bob and left my information. Within two hours he called me back and had a quote prepared. He explained every step of the process and things to consider when selecting the package. He followed up with email quote and subsequent emails touching base and contacted me as soon as the carrier was booked. He gave me the carrier contact person and drivers' numbers. He reassured me that he was still available to help if I needed him to. My car was delivered on the date promised. In the back of my mind I replayed some of the reviews that I read and had a pit in my stomach until I saw the car. My fears were completely unfounded. Bob was a true professional and would definitely use him in the future. The driver, Eric, was very nice, kept me apprised as to when he would tentatively deliver my car. The day before it was delivered he called to arrange a convenient time. My car arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised with the overall simplicity and experience.
