I'm very happy with Scott who was my shipping agent at AmeriFreight. He was the first agent I called and he patiently provided a good explanation for how the car shipping process works without giving me pressure to commit. After getting quotes from several agents, I decided that Scott seemed most trustworthy and he gave me better prices than most. I was also happy with the gap cover insurance that was included with the priority preferred rate which many other companies do not provide. I was surprised to get a call from Scott just two days after I placed my order to tell me that an auto carrier has been confirmed for the delivery date that I wanted. Car was shipped and arrived without any problems.
