After a frustrating experience trying to work with another shipper I decided to go with PDQ instead. Their honest, straightforward approach was reinforced by the fact that the phone was actually answered by a live human 7 days a week. My car got picked up less than 48 hours after my first contact with Missy at PDQ and arrived safely that evening. In this era of lowered expectations it was great to work with someone who actually cares about customer service. I would recommend PDQ without hesitation and will definitely use them for any of my own future needs. Thanks again Missy & the staff at PDQ.
