Pick-up was on time although they asked if they could pick up later. I said no and they complied. Good customer service although a little annoying given that there are 3-4 middle men involved in the process. Ultimately, pick-up was on time, delivery was early, car was in same shape I left it, so I cannot complain. Overall a good solid experience.
