Minor gripe

I was super happy with Euro Transport, their cooperation and expertise in loading the batteryless Electric vehicle. The vehicle was placed in the very front of the lower bay of the trailer. in a near spotless condition.

However when it arrived in Portland the recipient reported that it was filthy. I have had this vehicle transported twice to Arizona and another white vehicle transported from New Jersey. each of those transports resulted in some dirt but never filthy even though all transports were done on uncovered trailers.

Perhaps the bottom front position on the transporter is the very worst placement location. In deference to the industry, there was no damage, just huge amounts of dirt and road crud that wasn't there when it left here.

I am thinking that it would be worthwhile to purchase a vehicle cover for the trip back so I am looking for suggestions for the proper kind that can be lashed down for the trip yet be easy enough to place and remove that I can continue to cover the truck when it is not being used for a few days.

In fact for any subsequent transportation I will include said cover to save the time and labor of washing the vehicle at each terminus.

Hi Gardner, Thank you for chosing our company for the 4th time. The transport of the car was made safe and securely. Unfortunately the weather from California to Portland was very rainy and thunder storms during your shipment and that caused the dirt on the unit to build up perhaps more then usual. All in all the shipping was done to your needs to the service center in a safe and timely manner. 800-715-4630
