Our team is in constant contact with United Road (for our own transportation update requirements) and we are always treated with respect, patience, and a great partner attitude no matter how many times we contact them.
Michelle has always been extremely helpful to UPS, and provided us excellent service. If there is an issue, we are aware of it and notified by UR accordingly. UR is a valued partner for UPS.
