They promised my car will be picked up on December 26th from Pullman, WA. I finally received my car on January 17th in Austin. Every day you call, you will get the same answer saying it is scheduled for pick up in next two days. The guy over there in customer service is very very rude.
Definitely, don't give a try here unless you want to experience my case. Also, they will threaten you by saying no refund etc etc.
Not worth it !!!!
