PLEASE READ COMPLETE ENTRY, AND E-MAIL IF YOU WANT CONFIRMATION, NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL CONTACTS-

ANYTIME/aaa seemed professional at first, but it went quickly into the toilet.
The same voice would answer the office phone, and give an alternate name.

Vehicle was picked up by Ay Trucking late on the scheduled pickup day due to mechanical problems, but the driver for AY was incredible even though overwhelmed by a very long frustrating day. AY Home office in PA was always excellent and courteous on the phone- - -TOTALLY UNLIKE ANYTIME/AAA INC. who hung up on me 3 times on the Monday looking for the car.

The vehicle arrived late on friday afternoon and could not be received by the Horizon Lines until Monday, this caused the first of the problems. 1. The AY driver lost an entire weekend due to his being late (not Anytimes fault) 2. When the vehicle was finally offloaded at Horizon lines on Monday, it was just barely under the minimum undercarriage height requirement and refused by Horizon.

Here I am 800 miles away and getting calls from the shipper and Horizon lines asking me what to do. By the end of Monday I was ready to fly to Oakland, pick up the car, and drive it back to Utah.

Many calls by me to AY and Anytime suggesting to put air into the tires as it had just been shipped from 4500' to sea level. I received no cooperation from ANYTIME in solving this matter so I took it into my own hands to call the port, the trucking company, and by the end of the day Monday, I was told by AY Trucking that their owner Yuri had just received a call from Paul, the owner of ANYTIME stating- that ANYTIME was thru with the car and instructed AY Trucking to just "DROP THE VEHICLE OFF ANYWHERE AND LEAVE THE KEYS IN IT AND LET IT GET STOLEN." I have the above quote in writing from the owner of AY Trucking.

ANYTIME/AAA actually had no idea where my car was for 2 days, as I had coordinated with Kenton of the Port of Oakland (INCREDIBLE PERSON AND SETS A VERY HIGH BAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE) and Mary of PCC Shipping(TRULY AN ANGEL), who's company was kind enough to store the car for me OFF the streets of Oakland, and in their safe warehouse. PCC even went so far as to replace the front body molding clip that had fallen off during transport, and put air into the tires, and drive it down the street to the ship. WOW!

All the while... ANYTIME was still looking for the car, and until Kenton from the port of Oakland called them, they did NOT know what had transpired or where it was. When I finally called ANYTIME/AAA on Tuesday (the day before sailing) they claimed to have been on top of the problem all along, and took credit for the "FIX"

The car was eventually received in Hawaii in less than satisfactory condition. (The rear headrests had been extended as if the car had been in an accident, and is currently at the MBZ shop being repaired.

DO YOUR RESEARCH... AS THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT HAVE INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

BEWARE- IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, HUNG UP ON, AND HAVE A COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE LOSE YOUR CAR, SHIP WITH THESE GUYS...GOOD LUCK...AND I AM NOT RECEIVING COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSTING!

Dear sir, everything in this review is untrue. We would have avoided all delays if you have just told the truth about the car being lowered. Not telling us the truth is the ONLY reason for the delay. AAA Anytime then fixed the problem and shipped the car at absolutely NO charge to you. Please remove this false review immediately or we will be forced to seek legal remedies.
