I will start by saying this is our 4th transport with 1st Call Auto Haul and Eric Sailer. You can depend on Eric to give you an honest answer to any question! You can also depend on him to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use 1st Call Auto Haul or recommend them to anyone!! The trucking company involved was EJW Trucking out of Mattapan, MA - DO NOT EVER USE THEM - Total lack of communication throughout!! Unprofessional!

Because Eric was having a difficult time arranging a transport from northern NH he arranged to have our 2011 Equinox (with less than 500 miles on it) trailered down to his home in MA. It then only took a couple of days to arrange transport from MA to AZ.

EJW picked up the car on Wednesday, April 20th and didn't deliver it until May 9th!! So what you may ask happened...they broke down in PA sometime after departing but didn't let anyone, including Eric, know what was going on with the transport. After getting their transmission fixed and leaving PA they again broke down and didn't inform anyone! When I called the owner of EJW on a Sunday and asked him where my car was he was a less than polite on the phone but never did tell me where the car was but that it would be delivered on May 4th or 5th...wrong! The driver called me on May 6th and said he would be at my house in Tucson on sunday between 2 and 4PM - he called at 3PM and said he was in New Mexico with a flat tire...

The car was finally delivered on Monday morning May 9th at 6:30AM...
