First promise for pick up was by 10/28 then promised by 11/15 but picked up 11/20/10. Never returned my call or the sellers calls. Never let me know when she was picked up, never kept in touch during transit, never contacted me about when to expect her delivery even though her website advertises how good they are about keeping in touch with you before and during transport. I always had to contact them and only responded via email. Her employee picked up the horse, who loaded right away, but when he had a pony loose in the truck her ordered her off. After this scary episode (pony ran under her belly) , she was reluctant to load again, in the dark. Transporter held cigarette in his hand while he held lead rope in the other while loading. Tried to charge me $200. extra for this delay. Still never knew when she was arriving then finally found out truck broke down day before I finally got her to tell me when she was coming only via email never called me once. I had to get the horse 8 hrs away and they still wanted more $ and reluctant to tell me where she was. I would never use again and they did not keep in touch at all. They should find another line of work
