DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY- unless you want to be inconvenienced and suffer from headaches!
First, I was impressed on how thorough they were, explaining step-by-step on how they will transport my vehicle. And they even gave me a military discount. Then the day of delivery for my car came and passed. It was never delivered. To make the story short, I got the run around. They even lied to me since they said the car will be enclosed and will be removed from the truck by my door step. My car is filthy and was delivered by a third-party in an "open" truck. To add to that, the delivery truck driver was late. He called me to say he is by the said location and when I arrived, he wasn't there. When I called him, he said 5 minutes. Why would you inform the customer you are at the location and you're not? I never got a courtesy call to inform me that the delivery date will be moved on a later time since they were having problems(i.e. weather condition and truck breaking down). I had to call every day and every day they told me something different. The delivery date was supposed to be sometime Monday-Tuesday, then Tuesday-Wednesday and when I called Wednesday, they said to contact the driver and when I did, he said Friday-Saturday. The day came and passed- still no car! Then they called me Monday(a week after) saying they tried to call me Saturday and even left a voicemail. My phone NEVER rang nor there's a message on my voicemail. I wasn't very pleased with this company and would not want ANYONE to go through the same ordeal.
