Vehicle Damage

I contracted with this company for delivery of a new 2010 corvette. The dealer called me and informed me that the carrier had damaged the vehicle while loading. The damage was noted on the shipping order and was signed by the employee. I was told I would receive a check for the damage within two weeks....nothing! I tried calling the transporter, Advantage Auto Sales of Wichita Falls, TX., and they refused to answer the phone. I kept trying and finally got an individual who told me that he would have the employee who loaded the vehicle give me a call. There was a promise to pay by the employee (he said he would have to pay out of his pocket)! In the meantime, I called AAA to get more information on the carrier company, but all they could tell me was the cell phone number of the employee, which I already had! AAA, in their agreement, indicate they will provide the carrier name, address and phone number...they did none of that! As of this date, I am in the process of turning this over to my attorney! I will never do business with AAA Anytime, Inc. or Advantage Auto Sales again! Consider this a word to the wise! In addition, I am contacting the BBB of both companies to make sure that others know about their attitude towards their customers!

THERE WAS NO DAMAGE AT ALL. BOTH REPORTS SHOW NO DAMAGE. PLEASE REMOVE THIS FALSE REVIEW ASAP. AAA ANYTIME, INC.
