a lot of damage!

Hello, i had my car moved from miami to new york and when they pick it up they mark some scratches that the car had and left us a copy, but my husband who was the one that received the car in ny didn't have it and didn't know the conditions of the car, so he thought that all the bump that the car were already there. The totally hit the car with something on top and scratched it on the trunck and i think they tried to polish the scratches so we won't notice but it was worst, you could see all the places they tried to polish with a sand paper or something like that. The service itself was good and on time but not worth it enough when they damage the car! and i could even complain because my husband had signed for it when received.
