Jorge Fernandez with Budget Auto Shipping was super helpful. I had to ship my car from California to Georgia and he made it seem like it's no problem. He was kind and seemed to understand what it's like to move your life across country. It took 10 minutes for him to outline everything that i needed to know. A quote, what to expect et al. He was very calm and was an expert at all things getting my car where it needed to go. He was reassuring and told me everything will be fine. I thought customer service was nonexistent, but Jorge made me believe that customer service is priority number one! Jorge at Budget Auto Shipping is amazingly awesome and will take care of you!!
