Alex has never been responsive of my request. A company who has required customers a deposit in advance should be given fair service and responsive of the urgency of the customer needs. I have not hearf from Alex for one whole week to give me update on my order. I have to call him many times in a day to get updates, he always promised to call but never received any from him. I have complied with the deposit requirement even though I was not given the schedule yet. I found out from other agencies that a deposit should be required to customers once a driver has been scheduled to pick-up your car. This company is a hustler in this case. I was so upset because he has so many excuses and alibis until I finally yelled at them and the only time they worked on my order. And the schedule he worked on would make me wait for one more week. Two weeks have lost and it even cost me more because I had to rent a car. I requested a refund and they only credit back $100 dollars. Now it made me believe that the cheaper it would get you to make things done, the cheaper the service you get. Hope customers should be cautious of this kind of company especially of BUDGET AUTO SHIPPING.
