The price was great, but even better than that was the communication. Even when there was a mix up on the size of the truck being picked up, from beginning to end - quote to delivery - I was kept extremely well informed of what to expect and what was happening throughout the entire transaction. United Road's approach to customer service was outstanding, and it made the whole process go smoother. They called when they said they would call - every time - and even delivered the truck a day ahead of schedule - with the driver calling and arranging delivery hours ahead of time. I would definitely use United Road again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a vehicle shipped.
