I had already left for work when I was notified my bike would be. So just my wife would be at home so the driver was extremely helpful and unloaded my bike with great care. My wife stated he acted like the bike was his own.
He was polite and even took a couple minutes to show my girls his truck and carrier.

I highly recommend and I will use again if I ever have a need.
