My review for Express Auto Transport is everything but "Express". I placed my order for a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood that I had just bought in running condition on the 15th of February. I was told typical pick up time is usually within the first 7 days you place your order and delivery is 1-5 days. I understand that the times were an estimated and that it could vary. A whole MONTH later my vehicle still hasn't been picked up. I canceled my order and went to get the car myself. I wanted the car shipped for convenience and it fell well short from being a convenient option but instead it became a pain in the A**. During the month from which I placed the order to the day that I canceled, I got the same answer every time that I called to get an "update" (which there really wasn't anything being updated on their end), "Sir I really dont know why your vehicle hasn't been picked up yet, its a big vehicle but it fits on our trailers(sedan not a limo)" and "It should have been picked up by now, but WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING A DRIVER ASSIGNED FOR YOU". I got fed up after probably the fifth time I had heard those statements from probably 4 different people. I got the customer service managers #(Josh) and left him 2 messages on 2 separate occasions and NEVER received a call back. I really got the run around and felt that the people didn't care about getting cars on the trucks, but was it time to go home yet. I am a very understanding and patient person with 5 children but I don't understand how a shipping company cant come through on a service that they promote. I wouldn't even give them an F for failure but rather a NC for not completed meaning this company sucks. Please do your research and read the negative and the positive because it seems 50/50 and those odds suck when it comes to shipping a car. Thanks and will NEVER do business with EVER again.
