I have had dealerships transport my cars before, but never have I worked with the shipper directly. It was such a pleasure doing business with United Road. They always knew what was being done. I was a little worried about the initial estimate of 1-2 weeks since I was without a car until my new one got here. Car was picked up a day late, but still got here on the day it was scheduled. I purchase cars all the time and I will definitely be doing more business with United Road.
