The delivery date was much sooner than the estimated delivery date. The person I called to arrange the transaction was very knowledgable and concise. She advised me of estimated pickup and delivery times, and said that the driver would contact me when delivery was to be made. I received a call from the driver the day before delivery advising me of his location and intended destination for the night. He said he would call the following day with estimated time of arrival. He verified the location for delivery. He did call the next day and the delivery went off without a hitch. The driver took extra care in removing my vehicle and I examined it and found it to be in excellent condition. The driver made sure that I was completely satisfied. I also received a followup call from the company asking if everything was alright and that I received my car in good condition. I would not hesitate to use United Road in the future.
