I contacted Auto Driveaway, Inc. who were rated A+ with S.D. BBB to arrange the transport of my BRAND NEW vehicle from San Diego to Boston. They in turn contracted with Pioneer Auto Express to perform the actual transport. Because Auto Driveway was highly rated with the BBB, I felt they would be discriminating with whom they would contract.
My experience with Pioneer Auto Express was made very easy. I was nervous about shipping a brand new car across country, but the driver who picked up my vehicle was very professional and very careful with my car. He answered all my questions and was reassuring. Total transport time from pick up to delivery in Boston was 11 days which was within the time frame promised. I contacted Pioneer Auto Express mid-week for an ETA, and the contact person I spoke with (name?) was helpful and provide me with an accurate estimate day of delivery.
The drop off driver was equally accommodating. The vehicle was delivered dirty but that was expected after 11days across the country. There was no damage noted upon delivery. I realize that every experience is unique and every experience can be different, but I felt very satisfied with the service provided by Pioneer Auto Express and would consider using them again with my next move West.
