I HAVE TRIED TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION THRU THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AS RECOMMENDED, ONLY TO END UP WITH THEM BLOWING ME OFF INTO THE WIND WEEK TO WEEK ! NICE JOB CHRIS KO, AND DAVID AT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. I WILL AND I SAY AGAIN!! I WILL SEE PIONEER IN CIVIL COURT. KEEP YOUR EARS ON. SORRY BUT I WILL ALSO BLOG THIS SITUATION AS WELL AS POST THIS ON THE INTERNET. NICE JOB GUYS!! MAYBE I CAN GET ALL THE CUSTOMERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO DO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TOO!! BEING THAT THERE ARE TONS OF COMPLAINTS POSTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET. I WILL CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMMISION FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS REGULATIONTION TO ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING $2800.00 DOLLARS OF DAMAGE TO MY 2006 NISSAN 350Z TRIP # 08-4342 ORDER# 87883. We have spoken to the customer numerous times and have explained that we do not cover mechanical issues to the vehicle, as per the bill of lading. We also forwarded this claim to our insurance department. Damage claims to mechanical parts of the car cannot be accurately assessed because it is difficult to reasonably determine liability.
