What A joke, first they lost the car. I located the car with the help of the seller. Finally the car was picked up and taken to detroit where it sat for three weeks, all along I was given delivery dates and not knowing the car was just sitting. Then they had AA transport contact me out of california and inform me the cost would be 3854.00. But they contacted All Wheels Recovery in St. Micheal, MN, they finally delivered the car. But to my surprise AA transport demanded eight hundred dollars cash or no car. So in the end I paid $900.00 Budget $3100.00 AA $800.00 cash driver or $4800.00 total. Car was brokered three times and price almost doubled. NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS. NEVER AGAIN I understand double brokering is illegal according to the DOT. Car was in canada not new york, but not a choice on form.
