My experience with Jeff at Magic Carpet was excellent, and I would absolutely use them again. However, the relationship that these companies have with the actual drivers can sometimes result in miscommunication, which I assume is a problem with every company in the industry.

Given how hard it was to find a reputable company, I will be recommending Magic Carpet to everyone who asks.
