All the reviews reflect the same complaint the difference between the priority and standard service which is really the fault of the customer trying to choose standard and ask for priority on there order.
As you can see 97% of our customers have submitted no reviews, I guess that should tell you something, do we have to contact the customers that were satisified to place good reviews just to appease the customer. |

FIRST AVAILABLE DATE FOR PICK UP WAS 6-17-10. CAR WAS PICKED UP ON 6-23-10 (7 DAYS FROM FIRST AVAILABLE DATE OF THE 17TH)... [ More ] | | the original pickup date according to the contract was 6/18, the car was picked up by Mapletree Transport on 6/23 and delivered on 6/26, this constituted a 4-5 day pickup at a contract price of $150.00 additional, so every step of the way the customer does not tell the truth. The contract was very clear and he signed it and then refutes it, so who is lying and cheats ????
We should have demanded $275.00 additional but only charged him 140.00, since that is what had to be given to the driver, he did not pay the 140.00 and is still complaining, this is a matter for small claims court.
We never held ourselves out to be a trucker, we are a broker and the contract states that.
The police should never have gotten involved in this since this is a civil matter and should have been handled as such.
If this customer would be honest and tell the truth would be the best for everyone. [ view ] |

I guess that the customer wanted the job done for nothing and never thought to tell us the truth about the condition of the car.

| Hidden Charges | | This company promised a $315 totally inclusive rate when I booked. The problem was when Ben Davidson said that I could respond by either faxing back the contract or responding via e-mail.
My response was 5 - 10 day p/u was fine but that Ben had r... [ More ] | | this customer placed the order on 5/26 with a 5/28 pickup date this was clearly within the 1-4 day pickup range, as a result the custom,er was charged an additional $225.00 instead of $275.00 as per the shipping order. The customer never even bothered to respond to the shipping order and never even signed it or called to question anything.
The original quote that the customer received reflected the 2 types of services and should have been chosen by the customer. See original quotation below:
I guess that this customer does business this way and by the way to accommodate his pickup date we had to pay the trucker additional.

| moving car | | Jonathan told me car would be picked up within 5 days. After 17 days car was never moved and Jonathan twice lied and said car would be picked up the next day. He wanted deposit before doing anything at least my deposit was returned. [ View ] | | this customer was told repeatedly that we were having problems securing a truck going upstate new york, and was offered his money back, he indicated that we should keep trying to move the car. He was never told 5 days but he chose standard pickup which is 5-10 days from the original pickup date which was 5/10/2010, he was refunded his money within the time frame and told that we could not sevure the truck.
The customer now has it on the board for some time with 2 other companies [LOepke Auto transport and Erin & Bills transport for a lesser trucker pay than we had it on for, I guess that they will have the same review placed when they cannot move the car.
