[ More ] | | First, we are very sorry to hear that Mr. Willie Hardie was not happy with the service. We always do our very best to provide superb customer service. His vehicle was picked up the day after he placed his order. The driver was delayed during transit so the vehicle was delivered 4 days late. However, we do inform all our customers that dates are estimated due to the unavoidable delays that drivers can run into.
We do not agree with the rating Mr. Hardie gave us. It is true the driver has an accent, but that does not mean he provided poor service. Mr. Hardie never had the first complaint to Agape. His vehicle was transported and delivered in May and up until this point he has never indicated there was any issue. We are very sorry that Mr. Hardie feels the way he does. | Poor Service | | I booked Agape to transport my vehicle from Kansas to Texas. I found them to be most EXPENSIVE against all quotes. I booked through them due to their ratings. When my vehicle was delivered it was DAMAGED. The driver was very RUDE. When I contacted AG... [ More ] | | Mr. Ravi Gupta placed his order in December of 2009. From the very beginning he was not happy with the cost of the transport but placed his order regardless. The transport cost was reasonable and what the industry demand was at that time. He paid exactly what was contracted.
When his vehicle was picked up on December 16, 2009, the carrier noted on the bill of lading the damage already existing on Mr. Guptas vehicle. After the vehicle was delivered and signed for, Mr. Gupta tried to claim that the damage was worse. This claim was and is false. The damage was clearly noted at the time of pick up which is why his claim has been denied by the insurance company and why his complaint with the BBB is determined unfounded. We have not heard from Mr. Gupta since December 29, 2009. We did fully explain to him the claims process and faxed him a certificate of insurance per his request. We did our very best to assist him every way we could. However, his claims were denied because they were false and no damage was done to his vehicle by the carrier while in transit as was noted on the bill of lading. [ view ] |
