Zen Auto Transport/RET Trucking LLC picked my 2016 Acura MDX and 2012 Hyundai Elantra om 7/10 from Edison
NJ 08820. Shipyourcarnow.com was the broker as I booked it online. They delivered the cars in Johns Creek, GA and the
Acura MDX had significant damage to the roof and scratches all over. The Elantra also had some scratches. Acura was
almost flawless when picked, its mentioned in the bill of lading. I am new to this process and the driver said we have
$500k insurance and please file the claim with us. He did not sign any papers saying he damaged the car. I did not realize
they need to sign it. Me and him both took pictures of the car next to the truck. When I call their boss, they said they did
not damage and I did that. When they dropped the car, they say I drive around, damaged it, parked the car next to the
truck and took pictures. I have many pictures. I called my insurance company Geico and the car has been in the shop for
almost 2 months. Geico contacted the carrier's insurance Lloyd Insurance and they have not yet created the claim.
