My name is George and I would like to Thank Reggie from We Will Transport It for making my transport experience easy as 123. My wife and I are from New York and we are relocating to California. We didn't want to drive our Mercedes Benz 560 so we decided to ship it.
Reggie from We Will Transport It called and told me it would $1400.00. I could afford it, but my wife said she was getting cheaper quotes. Now Reggie and his Dispatch Manager Fully Explained the Transport Industry and Showed us his company credentials.
So trying to "save a buck" we went with the "cheapest quote" of $899.99, and we paid an upfront deposit of $200.00. That BROKER NEVER DELIVERED on the agreed date.
I called Reggie back, told him he was right and what will it take to get my car picked up NOW. He told me $1675.00 Door to Door, on an Open Transport NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED!
My driver arrived in 2 hours, but it was a ENCLOSED TRAILER! Carlo the Dispatch manager said he felt bad about us getting burned by the other company, so he was able to get us a Enclosed Hard Body with a Lift Gate Climate Control for the same rate ONLY because he had an late cancellation and wanted to help us out since he was going that way. The driver was friendly the estimated time for delivery was as agreed, Reggie, Shay and Brian kept me abreast of where my car was while en-route to me.
Truly you Get What You Pay For! The lesson I learned, NEVER go with the LOWEST QUOTE and NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT! I could afford either rate Reggie gave me easily when we first spoke, but trying to be Cheap on Service created an unnecessary headache of dealing with a company strictly based on the lowest price ended us having to spend MORE.
I have been in business for myself for 30 years. Working with Reggie and We Will Transport It was the easiest order I have ever placed. The peace of mind they give you, the customer service with friendly and knowledgeable agents like Reggie made this the Best Investment for shipping my vehicle.
